South Central Inc. completed a full streetscape and parkette reconstruction for the Bayview Leaside Business Improvement Area. The work renewed a prominent public space with a clear focus on durable materials, accessible circulation and daily neighbourhood use.
The project introduced resilient public-realm finishes, custom site elements and improved pedestrian connections. Each component was coordinated to support a cohesive experience for businesses, residents and visitors moving through the area.
