South Central Inc. completed a comprehensive renovation of Consilium Place in the Scarborough Town Centre area of Toronto. The work refreshed key building systems and exterior elements while respecting the needs of an active commercial environment.
The scope included masonry restoration, structural concrete repairs, facade upgrades, waterproofing, caulking and sealant replacement, window system upgrades, and exterior cladding restoration. Careful coordination helped keep disruption to tenants and building operations to a minimum.
